PROBATE COURT --
-Estate of Abraham ISAACS; report of appraisers accepted and ordered filed. It was further ordered that the sum of $75 per month for 12 months, together with certain household furniture, be set apart for the use of the widow and child of deceased. The matter of setting aside homestead was taken under consideration. The sum of $20 to each of the appraisers was allowed. An order was made for the sale of stock of merchandise upon the application of the Administrator, either by public or private sale -- 10 days notice to be given -- sale to take place, if by auction, at the late place of business of deceased.
