Dr. Jesse Isler (19th century,NC and TN)

I'm looking for information about the ancestors of Dr. Jesse Isler, who married Mary E. Bryan on 12/26/1820 in Granville County NC. They had at least three children:

(1) William Bryan Isler (1825-1861), m. Margaret Meriwether.
(2) John Parker Isler (1832-1857), m. Robert Rivers Meriwether.
(3) Mary Isler (1827-?), m. Richard Clark.

The family moved to West Tennessee (Memphis and Obion County), probably in the late 1840s, and the children's marriages took place there.

I would greatly appreciate any information about Dr. Jesse, his wife Mary, and their ancestors. I have a fair amount of information about their descendants that I can share with anyone who is interested.
