Thanks Dot for the information. I assume they moved between 1790 and 1800. Any idea if the name
Ferebee runs down that line of Islers? Not my line of Islers nor my line of Suttons but something
about the supposed marriage of Ferebee Isler to John Sutton bothers me. She was said to be the
daughter of William and Hester Isler and they did have a daughter Ferebee. But the William Isler
found on the Dobbs census was close to where those Sutton lived and figure she could have just
as well been the daughter of that William Sr on the Dobbs Census. I assume that William Jr was
the son of William Sr - any idea who the other children of William Sr were that went to Ga. You
mentioned two daughters who married Goodmans so assume you know the names of at least some
of them.
