Thanks for the compliment on my website,
I am in the process of updating some of the information and will be uploading it in a few days,
As to the spelling of Nicholas Isler's name, I have confirmation of this.
Also the NC State and Colonial Records also lists about 12 ways of spelling the name. Like I mentioned before "Ishler" could be one. You have to keep in mind the accent of some countries and how it is understood be others.
