Aunt Nadia and I have had problems with your e-mail address. It has not been working and our e-mails have been returned as undeliverable. Here is what Nadia sent to you:
Dear nicole: This note is from Nadia. I have your data on your Iungerich background, which is quite mixed up. Some correct, some incorrect, The German background has been well researched in the past years by Hermann Guth, and also Byler , with complete line all the way back to l500s in Switzerland. This is on my charts in my biographical manuscripts on LCI, ECI, and EEI. In the past seven years, new information on LCi was discovered when 14 of his letters were sent to the Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society and a wonderful researcher Dr. Neil Ann Stuckey Levine spent four years researching all the data in them. This has been published in six recent issues of this historical societies which I have, and which can be ordered from the historical society. There are copious notes, all giving accurate sources. . But, perhaps, you are interested only in the genealogical chart, not the details of their lives. .
I have summarized the data from these Levine articles in a new version of my LCI manuscript telling of LCI and his father Michael's arrival in America in 1821, how they found work, and the early years in the Lancaster area. If you wish, I can send you a xerox copy of these chapters written in 2000. Let me know.
Mrs. NASLevine (the researcher) also found from other sources what happened to LCI's mother Magdalena , and his sister Dorchen (Theodora, not Dorothea) in Germany
LCI's father Michael was not born in Amsterdam, but in Germany, . His father was Johannes Jungerich for whom LCI's elder brother was named. . All this is on the chart. accompanying my three biographies of your successive ancestors. . If you want to read the other two biographies (on ECI and EEI), xeroxing them costs about $20 each and is alot of work for me. Also the almost 200 pages each are in draft form not fully revised, but have notes and bibliographies. some photos and engravings.
Come visit me and you can peruse the manuscripts at your leisure. Then you can see how much data you really want to have. It is way too much for the internet
