Hi Edna. Do you know if any Ivester female ever married a Collier? My family comes from Rhea County and my GR,GR,GR Grandfather, George Washington Collier, b: abt. 1815 in GA or NC, married a Nancy Iverson or Ivester and had one known child, John Collier, born between 1835-40. During a recent trip to TN, I ran across previous family research where the researcher had the name "Nancy Ivester" marked out and changed to "Nancy Iverson". I am completely stumped on "Iverson" and am questioning whether they were correct with their initial surname. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
