Hi Janice. It's been a while since you posted this message and I can only hope that you will get mine. My GR,GR,GR,GR Grandmother was Nancy Ivester, born early 1800's, married to George Washington Collier. Their son, John, married Elizabeth Jane Ruth of Habersham County, GA. Based on information obtained from NARA on my families Guion Miller Eastern Cherokee applications, Jesse Ivester was listed as applying with Elizabeth's brother, William Ruth, and nephews, some of the Collier boys. My Collier and related lines are shrouded in mystery...to top it off, I keep finding my other Collier lines (Crumbly, Wheeler, Scales) mixed in with different Ruths and Ivesters. I have a gut feeling that I'm on to finding another piece of the puzzle if I could link Jesse and Nancy together somehow. I do not know who Nancy's parents are. Do you have any clue about a Nancy Ivester or Jesse that could have any connection to my families? I would be so grateful to hear back from you.

Thanks,
Tracy Collier-Hart
