Iam searching for a first wife of George Ivester,Sr. in Rutherford Co.,NC. The 1810 census shows him with a son under 10 and no females in the household. I believe this child might be my gg-grandfather Isaac, who was born in 1806. The 1820 census shows a male between the ages of 10 and 16,too young to be Barbara's son since she had been a widow for many years. Can anyone shed light as to who he was. Thanks, hope to meet you.
