Glad to help.
I find in EI: Yablonszky, Emilia Podvilk 14 1890 1904 going to cousin BONK Paula, Chicago, Ill
Bonk, Josef Podvilk, Hungary
Bonk, Maria Podwilk
She is an only JABLONSZKY from Podvilk.
Yanotjak, Tomas Podvilk
Yarczosak, Domin Podvilk
Yurcsak, Anna Podvilk, Hungary
The above people's surname starts with J. Sure you know that English Y is a J sound.
If she is not "yours" than possible she came thru Baltimore, Boston or Philadelphia.
SKY is Slovak ending and SKI Polish.
LDS-Mormons not showing any Podvilk/Podwilk church records. But Baza does:
SMRZ^ still in Naceradec's phone book.
About 24 PREUC^ILs and 17 PREUC^ILOVAs in CZ's phone book
