Vitoslavsky SKY seems it is used in Russia as well as Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
Tablanski, Jan Witoslawice, Russia arriving Ellis Island. I would say his surname in JABLANSKI/JABLONSKI
What was maiden name of Mrs. JABLONSKY/I? Possible she was from the same region of old country as him.
