Dear Robert,

In 1982 I started a lengthy search for my husband's genealogy. His mother was easy. His father's ran into a brick wall. The information I gave you was the only information I had been able to receive before all of his Uncles and Aunts died. You have given me information that I could not find in 27 years. I want you to know how much I thank you. NO, it was not written in stone that they arrived in Maryland, but my husband's Aunt gave me that information.

YOU FOUND ANNA AND HELENA!!!!!!!!! Now I know that Helena is buried in Montgomery, Alabama, but other than that any information on Anna was piece meal. I know quite a bit about her life until her death, but finding that she and her mother came over on a ship into New York is priceless.

Joseph is a middle name I believe. Albert was the name he used, and after he died, Anna married Mr. Ott.

Thank you for e-mailing this meddlesome old lady, (alright middle aged). Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Marsha
