Hi Karen,

Stephen Jablonsky is my wife's (Judi Lynn Hedin) great uncle. His brother, Emil (Milo or Milko) is my wife's Grandfather. The brothers, Stephen and Emil, married the Krc sisters of East Port Chester, CT Antoinette and Mary.

Antionette's father was Francis Krc and he was married to Suzanna ?.

Emil and Antoinette moved to Chicago and had three children: Joseph, Daniel and Mary Ann (mother of Judi Lynn Hedin). Mary Ann is your grandfather's cousin. Is your mother's name Suze?

Do any of the names of your ancestors ring a bell? Do you have any information about the father of your great grandfather Stephen? We think we have Emil's birth certificate, which would identify his and Stephen's mother and father... Problem is, it's written in Slovak.

Do you have any information about the ancestors of the Krc's?

Also, do you know if great great grandfather Jablonsky might have descended from Russian Jews? We believe he was an Austo-Hungarian aristocrat who lost everything to the subsequent conquering government.

Regards,
Judi and Ron Cornick
