Looking for information on ASA Jackett/Juckett. He is listed in the 1830 VT. Census in the town of Johnson. He wed Betsy Ann Burdick and had at least 2 sons, Leonard and Lyman. I can not find a birth or death record for Asa. His sons moved to IL in 1836 with their mother and her brother Loren Burdick. An Asa Juckett of the same aprox. age is listed in the MA militia in the War of 1812 but I can't say for sure it is the same Asa. Any help would be apprieciated.
