Strange as it may seem. I was watching a show about erasing your personal information from the internet when I stumbled onto this site. I had recently been the victim of Identity Theft, strange as it may seem. An individual used the name Michael Jackley Jr in San Angelo, TX last year. Seems this other person has an unpaid hospital bill there. Any way...
My name is Michael Douglas Jackley. I was born in Alhambra, CA in March 1958. I have one sister who is married and living in Oregon now. My father's name is Michael Everett Jackley and he was born in CA in Jan of 1934. My father had a brother named Robert (we referred to him as uncle Bob) who died a few years ago from a post surgical complication with pneumonia. Bob has two sons born in the Los Angles area, Richard (1958) now living in Florida and Mark a former Marine.
I haven't been much of a family historian and most of the California Jackleys have lost touch with the elongated family when my grandfather Jackley died back in the early 40's in a truck accident. Uncle Bob however was trying to research the family tree before he passed away. Any information I can share will be met with enthusiasm.
