Helen Jackson, age 18, living at either 6 S. Kedzie Dr. or 3519 W. Adams Dr. in Cook County, Chicago, IL. gave birth to a baby girl on December 2, 1933 at Garfield Park Community Hospital on Washington Blvd. in Chicago. It's possible Helen was born in Canada and was one of 10 children. The baby was adopted December 11, 1933. There is no father's name on the original birth certificate. Searching for information regarding Helen Jackson, and/or information about her family.

If she did have 9 siblings someone out there must know something. If anyone knew her at that time and knows if she later married and had other children, that information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
