We are seeking information regarding Thomas L Jackson born abt 1811 in AL, and died after 1880 in Grant County, AR. He married Philadelphia "Delphia" Arnold 27 Aug 1827 in Tuscaloosa, AL. They livedin MS in 1850, and in Grant County, AR in 1870. They had 11 children - William, Elizabeth Jane, James Lee, Pansey, Lewis, Mary A, Martha, Melissa, Daniel Hugh, Sarah Janes, and Emma Caroline.

Emma Caroline is our great great grandmother. We are searching for any/all information about the family.

John Silas "Jack" Graves married Emma Caroline Jackson (Graves).

Jack was born 20 Nov 1857 in Saline County, AR, and died 25 May 1929 in Perry County, AR. He married Emma 13 Jun 1880 in Grant County, AR.

Emma was borh 14 May 1855 in Arkansas;

Emma and Jack had three sons - John Thomas Graves, Jasper Lee Graves, and Ed "Eddie" Graves.

Jasper Lee Graves, born 5 Jun 1893 in Grant County, AR, and died 23 Jun 1976, Little Rock, Pulaski, AR.

Ed "Eddie" Graves, born 19 Mar 1897 in Arkansas. and married to Lelar Shores. No other information in known.

Our great grandfather was John Thomas Graves born 4 Jan 1891 Obin, Grant, AR, and died 19 Feb 1918 Perry County, AR. He was married to Mary Alice Turner (Graves) 30 Apr 1911 in Perry County, AR.

Mary Alice was born in AR about 1896, and died about 1918 in Perry County, AR. Her parents were Franklin Leafate Turner and Lucy Cathryn Lee (Turner).

Both John and Mary died in flu epidemic, leaving three small children - Bart, Burley, and Bessie born 1912, 1913, and 1916 respectively. We are grandchildren of Bart.

We would love any information that could be provided about the family as our grandfather was only 6-7 years old when his parents died, and we would like to know more to honor our grandfather's memory. We know they are buried in the Harmony Cemetery in Perry County, AR. Their graves are marked by "a pile of stones" and would like to locate the exact location in the cemetery so actual markers can be placed to honor them properly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated with the gravesite of these two people - and any of the other grandparents, etc.
