I'm looking for information on the parents Alma Mattie Jacob. She is listed in some census records as Elma. She was born 15 Nov 1884 in New Orleans and died 15 Jun 1968 possibly in Sabine Parish, LA. She married Theodore Rains and had several children some of whom are, Valery Rains, Marlin Rains, Charles Rains, Tulas Rains, Margaret Rains and Harold Rains.
