Hello,
I don't know if you are still looking for info on the Jacobes in Bailey's Harbor, but my maternal grandfather was Joseph Jacobe and his father's name was Andrew. They had a farm on Hwy 57 in Bailey's Harbor (no longer in the family - it was sold in the late 70's, but all the buildings are still there). I am not sure what Andrew's father's name was, but I could ask my mother. It very well could have been Anton - my name is Toni and I know it's a family name. It also could have been one of his brothers. Good luck with your search!
