Does anyone have info on a August Jacobi who settled in Berry Twp., Dane Co., Wisconsin? Supposedly he was a Baron in Germany and sold his title to get money to come to America. He was married a couple of times and once to a Hacker-first name unknown to me. I have only found his name mentioned in the Dane Co. Cemetery Book at the Dane Co. Historical Society. I have found no marriage or death records for him. He seems to have had ties with the Seston's.
