I am searching for information regarding Olavus Jacobsen who changed the spelling to Jacobson after his arrival from Norway. He was born in Skedsmo, Akershus, Norway. He was married to Mary Amanda Wilcox. I am a decendent of his son William Martin JACOBSON. I know a little information about him and his parents, and the names of his grandparents, but if anyone has done any more extensive work with this family or has any more information on the life of Olavus and his ancestors please let me know. If anyone has info in norwegian, that is acceptable. I am fluent in the language, so if I could help someone translate stuff for this family, then I could do that.
