Elisabeth Jacobsen of Denmark

Am looking for any information for Elisabeth Jacobsen of Denmark and her kinfolk. (She's my ggg-grandmother) According to the 1860 census for Haderslev, Sønder Starup, Lunding Bye, she was born around 1797 in Pøhl, Nordborg Amt. (At least I'm pretty certain she's the right person) Her husband, Peter Petersen, was deceased by 1860. I am certain of the name of one of their children, Christian (b. 1826/1827), but also believe they had children named Peter, Jørgen, Jens, Claus, Elisabeth and Ellen. She's listed with them in the census and if one considers naming patterns, Christian named his own children in honor of his siblings.

Does any of this match up to anyone out there? Would love to find out about Elisabeth and her sibilings, parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles, the dog, the dog's goldfish...anything! You can contact me directly if you so desire (panhandlekid@yahoo.com) Thanks in advance - my head is hurting bad from hitting it against that stupid brick wall!
