Lisa,
I found your great-great grandfather in the Federal Census records in 1910 and 1920. In 1910, his father, John, was living with him, Minnie, and Willard. Based on this, I believe I found him with his parents and siblings in Galesburg in 1900 Federal Census. His mother's name was Sophie/Sophia (b: Oct 1844), sister Carrie M (b: Aug 1876), and brother Oscar (b: Sep 1880). According to the census, Andrew was born in Dec 1878, and his father was born in Sep 1834.
I then looked them up on the Emibas CD and found the following family:

I realized there was a difference in the year of birth for his father, Johan. So I researched them in the household examination records on Genline. Sure enough, when he and Greta Sofia moved from Horn parish to Hycklinge in 1873, they transposed the numbers of his birth year from 1834 to 1843. I really think this is your great-great grandfather's family.
