I don't know if this is any help to you, but I have been looking for information on both the Jacobus and Pearce families. Abraham A Jacobus was born 5/23/1794 and married Elizabeth Pearce born 4/31/1798. They had a son Richard born 11/19/1890 in Essexfells N.J. My information is very sketchy, it was given to me by my husband's aunt many years ago so I don't know how valid it is. If they are the same families, I'd love to know more about them.
