Hello!
I'm looking for Francis Louise Jacoby, daughter of Daniel & Cecilie Merical, of Pa.
I believe that Francis Louise Jacoby gave birth to my great-grandfather Potter Smith. I also believe that Potter Smith changed his name from Yaniello (or maybe Janello or some other Italian Name)to Smith. So, Francis Louise Jacoby might have been married to, or was pregnant by a Yaniello (sp: Janello? or another Italian or a Smith).
Potter was the father of my grand-father, Fred L. Smith (Braford County, PA). He was born Jul 28, 1882, died June 1975. It is his parents that I need info on...
