I believe your Sallie/Sarah is the daughter of William A. Jacoby and Ann? of Norristown Pa. William was born mar 1 1823 in Norristown and died 28 Dec 1879 Norristown. He was a police man. He was the son of Samuel jacoby and Susanna Freedly. This line can be followed back in Henry S. jacoby's book. Good luck.
