I recently received a death record on a Robert Kinkade (1885-1973). It lists his parents as James Kinkade and Elizabeth Jacoby. I haven't been able to find this family on the census... Nothing on FamilySearch... On later census records, Robert is given as being born in Illinois, with both his parents born Illinois; this could be correct, or maybe not. I would venture to guess she was born between 1840-1870. If there is anyone out there who can help me narrow this down, I'd appreciate the help!
