My thanks to Donna Jacoby Goodwin, who found that Joanna Margaretha Theresia Amelia Nuelsen was born 01 OCT 1814 in Hanover, Germany, and died on 17 APR 1889 in St. Louis.

Ludwig Sigismund Jacoby was born 21 OCT 1813 in Sterlitz, Germany, and died 21 JUN 1874 in St. Louis, Missouri, of cancer.
