Talked to Vanda today. Her mind seems pretty strong for an 83 year old however, she did forget who she was talking to. She said she would absolutely love to have you and have you stay at her place if you like.
If you go then make sure you get a chance to see Jim Allen(Jim is Bea Long's son). Jim visits Vanda a bit and lives in Scottsboro. Bea was Vanda's sister and daughter of Lizzie Jacobs.
Apparently, Margaret spelled her name Jacoups from what Bea said. Vanda said there was something of a split in the family and then part of the family ended up with Jacobs and the other kept Jacoups. The tattoo on Lizzie Jacobs was JACOUPS, though.
