John also had a son named General, who was my grandfather. His name was General Curtis Jacoups. General married Ida Morgan. On his tombstone at Peavine Cemetery, his name is spelled General; but have seen it spelled Jenrel on some documents. The land grant in Alabama was spelled Jenrel.
