William H JAHN

I have very little information on my grandfather, William H Jahn, except that his family came from Alt Fallen in Prussia, near Stettin in what is now Poland, landing somewhere in NY or NJ in the late 1880s. Supposedly his grandmother came with her children, but his grandfather did not - I assume he was dead. My grandfather's family settled in Oshkosh, WI, and supposedly 2 brothers went on to Cedar Rapids, IA. Any help would be appreciated.
