Hi Alastiar

I'm still interested though I have come to a full stop on the Jakemans. I don't have a direct note of your George but there were loads of Jakemans in the Worcester area all having lots of children so he could be a cousin. There are several George's in different generations so it's clearly a family name. I have a Henry Jakeman, Baker of Ripple, baptised in 1831 who was married to an Amy Hardwick in 1858. Amy was born in Mathon in 1835. A`little later than yours but could they be related?

Joanna
