Hello,

I'm connected to Jakeman's in the Parish of Ripple, just over the Severn from Upton so there is a strong possibility we are connected - there were a lot of Jakeman's around that area in the 19th Century, so if you think there may be a connection, let me know - that also applies to anyone else reading this who also thinks they may be connected! I'm descended from a Thomas Jakeman born in Ripple in 1792, married in Upton to Anne Smith in 1815, father of about 15 children!
cheers
Ronan
