Hello Christina!
Great to hear from you! Yes-it would be interesting to find out if she was related to the Dionnes, as I am-(Celina and/or Yvette Dionne.) Yes-My Jalbert line originated from France too -(original spelling supposively was something like Gerbert before being changed to Jalbert, as it is now)-before settling in Quebec, Canada, and then to areas like my grandmother-Marie Jalbert from Worcester, Massachusetts! (She was my father's mother.) I went to Worcester, Mass. in 1992 and 1996 to my 2nd cousin's family home whom I knew all my life to a family reunion to a huge turnout on both-we all advertized and everything prior to it, and I got to meet and find out about new Jalbert relatives-just like I have been continuing to do so since then by on-line! Jalbert isn't quite as popular of a name like Jones and Smith! So that's another reason that we might be related because of 1-the Dionnes, and 2-the less popular name! But please E-mail me your mailing address so that I can E-mail you some of what I already have on the Jalbert family history as it is still too much to type and E-mail. My E-mail address again is: Well, I've got to go for now-I'm looking forward to hearing from you again!

Very Sincerely,
Eric Volante
