Dock Blythe was part of my father's family lines. Dock married Emiline (Emily) M. Jimerson in Obion Co, TN 1872. She married under that last name as it is spelled. The name was sometimes spelled Jamerson as was your case.
Emily was your Thomas Jamerson's aunt, and Thomas was living with them on the 1900 Washington Co, AR Census listed as nephew.I believe your Thomas Jamerson might have been born in Obion Co, TN.
I also believe your Thomas Jamerson's father was Robert Jamerson, but I have no mother's name for him at this time.
There were 5 Jameson/Jamerson/Jimerson/Jimmerson children that I know about. That includes Emily & her 4 siblings. The siblings came from Maury Co, TN to Obion Co, TN at least by 1870 where they are listed there. James had married in Maury Co, TN & moved to Obion Co, TN by 1870& the other 3 siblings were living together in Obion Co, TN without their parents in 1870.
The siblings were, James, Robert, Emiline (Emily) M., Rhoda & Mary...
I can account for four of them in 1870 Obion Co, TN, except for Rhoda....
James cannot be your Thomas Jamerson's father as I have his family on census in Obion Co, TN for 1870, 1880, 1900 & 1910.So, that only leaves Robert that could possibly be your Thomas Jamerson's father......
The Jamerson children parents were Hosea Jamerson & Jane Witt..
There were more Jameson/Jamerson/Jimmerson/Jimerson families in Obion Co, TN from the early Obion Co years & forward where I have other family connections........
So, it is quite possible that Hosea was somehow related to them, but I don't know how at this time. I have just recently been putting this new data together....This has been a tough one to say the least...
I hope this helps you...
