Jarrett married a Turner?

Did a Jarrett marry a Turner in Virginia, after 1770 or so?
I have a Micajah Turner (b 1775, VA) m to a Nancy,(b 1777, VA) and their son was named Jarret. Jarret (or Jarrett) was born 1806 in SC. They then moved to GA. Inasmuch as Jarret is a surname, prominent in VA, I think Nancy or some of her kin may have been a Jarret.
