Jaycox, Jacoks, NY - 1700's

Looking for others who are researching the Jaycox, Jacoks, or Jacok families of New York. Particularly interested in the ancestors and descendants of a Francis JACOKS, who married 1756 in Dutchess County, NY, to Mary WILTSIE, b: abt 1738, in Queens, Long Island, NY, (dau of Hendrick Theunisen WILTSIE). Their children: William (1757), Frans (1759), Hester (1760), Thomas (1762), Benjamin (1763), Maria (1766), Ezekiel (1768), John (1770). I'm also interested in finding information on a Captain William JAYCOCK, who commanded a company in Colonel John Freer's fourth Dutchess County regiment. My ancestor, Captain Barnardus SWARTWOUT, took command of this same company on April 28, 1777. His son, Barnardus Jr., b: 1761, joined his father's company at the young age of 16. Barnardus Jr. married 1778 in Wappinger's Creek, Dutchess County, NY to Mary BROWER (Brouwer), daughter of Cornelius BROUWER and Mary ARCHER (Archert?). Their son Robert SWARTWOUT was born 1779. Robert's daughter, Caroline SWARTWOUT, b: 1801, Esopus, Ulster County, NY, married William JAYCOX (my g-g-g-grandfather) in 1820, and they subsequently lived in Syracuse, NY. I believe this William JAYCOX (Jaycocks) is connected to those mentioned previously.
