Martha & Bowers Jaycox lived in Warwick, Or. Co. NY until abt. 1785 when they moved to Orangetown (Nyack, NY area)which is now in Rock. Co., NY.

Martha's tombstone is inches from two others of same design. Those three stones are only ones that style in cem. Next to Martha is John Coleman, b. Dec. 20, 1746, d. Feb. 19, 1806; next to John is wife Bethsheba (Ryder) b. Oct. 19, 1751, d. July 19, 1839. In a RW pension appln. Bowers stated he was without funds. So, who paid for large tombstone? I think either John or Bethsheba was related to Martha. What was the connection?
