I am a Jayne descendant from William Jayne who came to New Haven, CT from England in the mid 1600's. He is believed to be descendant of Guido de Jeanne, from France who went to England. William may have lived in Llwellen in Wales for a while. He changed his name from De Jeanne to Jayne when he came to America. I have a lot more info on this family.
