Jean,

I have just read your posting in the Jaynes GenForum saying the Frankie Jaynes was born in Ohio in 1876 and married Samuel O. King. My Nell Jayne was born in Iowa and her mother was Nettie Moreland. So there appears to be no connection between Nell and your grandmother Frankie Jaynes. I believe that Nell and her father John H. Jayne did, however, live in San Diego in the early 1920's. I do not have Nell's birth date, but it was probably around 1900. She was still married to Lewis Jackson in 1940.
