Belle, Lola, and Joseph Jayne from MS & FL

In the 1920 Ohio Census there is a Belle married to Robert Davidson. Belle is 36 years old. Robert is in his 50s. They have three children listed in their household. The oldest child is a twenty year old girl name Lola Jayne. (I think it is Lola --it is hard to read.) There is, also, an eighteen year old son, Joseph Jayne. Again, it is hard to read this census, but it looks as if they both work at an electic company. The youngest daughter is only seven years old and she is Lillian May Davidson.

I believe this is a second marriage for Belle. The census says she was born in Florida -- as were her parents. Both of her children were born in Mississippi. The census information states that Lola(?) and Joseph Jayne have a mother born in Florida and a father born in Mississippi.

Robert E. Davidson is listed as being born in Georgia -- as were his parents. I believe, this is Major Robert Emmett Davidson of the Spanish-American War. He was born in Georgia and he mustered into the war in Ocala, Florida.

I have located the name, Joseph Jayne, who is in the Army book of soldiers who were either killed, wounded or captured in the Spanish-American War. I am piecing the above information together -- to see if there can be a fit.

This is my first message on the Jayne Forum. If anyone can add anything to the above information, please let me hear from you.
