Jerry, I'm happy to know the information helped a bit. I am not familiar with Gail Markley and was not able to locate her postings or e-mail address. If she has been working on the Indiana Jayne family I would like to correspond with her. I will be back in Salt Lake next week for several weeks of research and would like to correspond with you as well.

Do you know which of the two Seely Jaynes was the one you suspect died in the Civil War?

With my regards,

Darrell Hooker
