Thank You for responding. This is a "new" lateral line I am just starting to research.
Main family is COMBEST of Shelby Co. Mary COBLE was wife of William JAYNE, son of Jesse. I am trying to learn more about Mary COBLE JAYNE. Attempting to unlock alot of unknowns about her family. So far all I have been able to ascertain from census is that she was the dau of James COBLE/COBEL and Sara Jane TAFF. They were residing in Christian Co IL in 1860. After death of James COBEL, Sara md Levi COMBEST raising stepchildren to include Mary as his own. Would like to correspond with you off board.
