Debbie,

I have been in touch with Ron. My ancestor was
John Jayne. He was my second great grandfather.

John Jayne died in the Mexican War at Camp Camargo about November 5, 1846. He enlisted from Shelby County, IL. in thae 3rd Company B, Information from the IL. State Archives.
I have a new e-mail as listed. I need to find John's parents.
I visited the Jane sites in New york but am missing links to that family.
Dotty Lay
