Benaiah Gustin Jayne letters

I am a genealogist. Someone sent me copies of letters supposedly written by Benaiah Gustin Jayne (b.1831, d.1921), son of Benaiah Jayne, grandson of John Jayne (b. 1748, d. 1838), great grandson of William Jayne (b. 1712, d.1798). The letters are written from 1882-1907.

I do not know if these are authentic and am trying to locate the originals or anyone who knows anything about the originals. Lillian Jayne Dull refers to them in her published history of the Jayne family but only reproduces one. She claims that Benaiah G. Jayne left the letters and other documents behind and his only daughter, Florence (Jayne) Gates took possession. Florence had six children and two grandsons, Stephen and Edmund. She died in 1952.

If anyone knows anything about these letters or the descendants of Florence (Jayne) Gates, please contact me.
