Jim Jenkinson imm from Glasgow late 1800s/early 1900s (Mary Stuart related)

I am looking for information on my great-grandfather, Jim Jenkinson, who immigrated to the US from Glasgow, Scotland (and via Canada?). Married _(?)_ Wheeler from or in PA. Would like info or a connection to a second or third cousin. My father is James Wheeler Jenkinson. His father was James Stuart Jenkinson who married Elaine Marie Johnson. My father, his brother Lance, his sister Judy, my sister and I were all born in Rochester, NY. Family in western NY, southern tier of NY and PA. I understand we have a family Bible tracing our family back to Mary, Queen of Scots. Would like that info or copies. Bible passed to one of my grandfather's siblings...likely sister. I recall a cousin of my father's named "Billy" who was married to "Lovins" who were related through my grandfather's line. Don't know much about that part of the family because my grandfather, "Stu", was not close to family.
