My grandmother is Mary (Jennison) Ayoob Dorey Robicheau.
I know nothing at all about her side of the family. Although I have researched my grandfather's side and had plenty of help, I can not find out much about my grandmother's family. I was hoping someone could help.
Mary was born November 14, 1907 and died October of 1976. Her father was one Charles Jennison, her mother Jessie (Warren).
This may be a hint.....
Mary's first marriage was to a Maasad Ayoob, a Iranian national. The couple has one son, George Maasad Ayoob. Mary was widowed early in thier marriage.
Mary's second marriage was to John Willard Dorey, a Canadian national from Nova Scotia. The couple had two children. John Charles Dorey, born November 15, 1939? and Phyllis Marie born January 17, 1945? married Ed Devaney sometime in the 1970s.
When John Willard Dorey died in about 1962, Mary married again, another man from Nova Scotia Canada with the last name of Robicheau, (I believe his first name was Able). I never knew him. He never came to Massachusetts from Canada, although she lived here until she died in 1976.
Anyway.... Mary had many sisters and only one brother.
Her brother is William Jennison.
Her sisters are Grace (Jennison) Hackett. Pearl (Jennison) Zapff. Mildred (Jennison) Mason. Marion (Jennison) Luna. Frances (Jennison) Penny. Dorothy (Jennison) Dale. and Sarah (Jennison) Newman.
I hope that one of you will find my family in your lineage and be kind enough to share the information.
