Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

None of these names are as rare as you might think, so ***given names*** (for the Wetterströms), dates of birth (and of emigration), locations (in Sweden, if possible; if they emigrated, tell where they were known to live), etc. are necessary.

If you have information on Swedish locations, that is best, since the records were kept in the parish and not in a nation-wide database

Is this the military register you are talking about? There are many men named Lars Sten on that database.
