Johansson, Nils b.1778, Nobelle Parish, Kronoberg

I am looking for information about the Nils Johansson family.
This is a lot of information, and I cherish it. Someone looked this up for another relative of mine. Most of them changed their name to Thorene after coming here.
The family became separated after coming here and now I am looking into the two that went to Chicago. I wondered if there was more information on where they went or what they did in Sweden.
Oh how I wish I could read those languages. I feel the "Tower of Babel" punishment!
I am a descendant of Nils Peter, his daughter Mary.

I received this much information from a relative. This is the side that married into my Nord family, that Judy Baouab was so extremely helpful to me:
I am especially interested in learning more about Magnus, born 21 Feb 1847 and Salomon, born 14 Mar 1849. Is there more info on them.
They came to America, settled in Chicago, Ill. under the names of Collins. In Sweden I understand they went by Callen'.
I thank you for your consideration.
Lorraine
