Thank you for replying to my message. I need all the help I can get!

I have: 1800 Warren Co., Davis Joleff; 1820 Currituck Co., Jesse Jolliff and Josiah Jolliff; 1830 Currituck Co., Josiah Jolliff; 1840 TN Census Index, Jessee Jollif (no age); 1850 Gibson Co., TN, Jolliff, Jesse A., 46, NC and Jolliff, Jane 63, NC.

I have copies of vouchers for tuition of Virginia A. Jolliff for the years 1837-1840 and a list of expenses for Jessee Jolliff, Guardian "to board from the 17th day of March 1837 until the 17th day of Feby 1842 @ $3.50 pr. month (200.50)". Expenses also listed "To my expenses going to North Carolina after her money in the year of 1837 ($60.00) and To expences coming home same year ($60.00)." Also "To my time lost 95 days @$1 pr day (95.00)". This list of expenses was dated 18 of Feby 1842.

I haven't determined when Jessee Jolliff (Sr.) died. I have a paper setting aside one year's support for Mrs. J. Jolliff and family dated January 8, 1862.

Virginia Jolliff married William Hall 16 April 1847.
