I have your family on my wife's tree (she had a Mary Jordison as a great grandmother born in the North Riding of Yorkshire in England. Your Canadian Jordisons actually have links to North East England as Alfred Edward Jordison's grandfather was Alfred Henry Jordison born in Middlesbrough (not far from where I live)in 1844. Several sons of this Alfred emigrated to British Columbia in the early 1900s and you are descended from Francis Edmund Jordison born 1884 in Warwickshire.
